RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receives the goods. If an order is delivered in several separate shipments, the period begins when the final item is received.
HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision with a clear statement, for example by email or post:

You may also submit a return or cancellation request through your JOYAVELLE customer account.
You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but its use is not mandatory. It is sufficient to send your withdrawal notification before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 days to:

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Please package the items securely. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Please do not send returns to us without sufficient postage.
REFUNDS FOLLOWING WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.
The refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notification. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any refund fees.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
You may inspect the goods in the same way that you would in a physical shop. You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Please return jewellery securely packaged and, where possible, in its original packaging.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised for the customer.
This exception does not apply to ordinary sale or discounted products. Sale items remain covered by the statutory right of withdrawal unless another legal exception applies.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly at thejoyavelle@gmail.com and include your order number and photographs where possible.
Where a product is defective or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights. These rights are separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal. This policy does not restrict your statutory warranty rights.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like another item, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
